I felt fabulous today and I did end up getting multiple compliments at the vintage markers. Its been a week full of big curly hair but its so fun and amazing that I can't stop doing it!
I simply love my Hell bunny Larissa dress, I don't know why it took me so many months to buy it! I completely forgot until the first time I wore it that I had shoes that perfectly matched! It was meant to be! If you have had your eye on this dress I would defiantly say get it, it has to be one of the best decisions I have made.

Hell Bunny review: Sunrise 50s dress

So you may have seen me almost living every day in this dress and for good reason, it's stunning. I have been a fan of Hell Bunny for some time now and own quite a few of their dresses, each as cute as the last but I would say this has to be my current favourite. I had seen it around on the internet and in shops but never intended on buying it, the pattern is very cute but I was always unsure on the fit.

Around a month ago I entered a changing room with a pile of Hell bunny dresses to try on and my friend handed me this one at the last minute. I firstly slipped into a 2XL and instantly loved how it looked but sadly it was too big around the chest (Shocker), so I grabbed the 1XL and it was somehow a perfect fit. All my Hell Bunny dresses rang from XL to 2XL, depending on the stretch in the material or the use of the stretch panel at the back. I normally fit into the 2XL when there is no stretch but this one has a little give in the material which gives a snug but comfortable fit.

I wore this without a petticoat while on holiday, but the dress does have a very full swing skirt so it looks amazing with a petticoat. It looks more casual and less fancy without one because of its perfect length but I feel more comfortable in my huge petticoats :)

The Hell Bunny Sunrise 50s dress is defiantly bold and most certainly vibrant. The beautiful aqua shade contrasts so well with the yellow sunflowers that just needs attention. I love that this is a print that no one has seen before and its just ready for summer.
The wonderfully contrasting collar was the only thing putting me off before I tried it on. I thought it was a little on the large side and might make my arms look funny but I was so wrong. Its the perfect shelf to wear my favourite Erstwilder sparrow and frames my face so well. The belt made from the same material as the collar really pulls the whole outfit together.

Erstwilder

It's no secret that I love everything Erstwilder comes out with so I am devoting this whole post to every Betty Jo sparrow and Flamboyant Flamingo ever created (pictured above). These two have to be some of my favourite in my own growing collection and join me on my collar nearly every day.

Just a little slideshow of myself featuring my Erstwilder collection.

All of these amazing pieces are designed by Louisa Camille in Melbourne, Australia and are made of a very good solid resin so you just know they will last a life time by your side. Each one is limited edition and also are becoming very collectable. There are many designs out there bursting with personality and many more to come, so it won't at all be very difficult to find one to match every outfit you own and maybe a few more for good luck. Each one comes in its own cute little box with an even cuter teapot tag which makes a very good place to store or even display them in. They are all at a very affordable price and they don't just stop at brooches, there is necklaces, earrings and even a few bags out there too.
They are just the best quirky little designs to keep each of your days dandy.
I must point out that these can not be purchased off the Erstwilder official website or Facebook but there is quite a few stockists out there so its easy finding somewhere near you. Your one stop Pin up shop, Vintage Pip and Coconette are just a few places you can find Erstwilder online.

If any of you follow Erstwilder on Facebook or Instagram you would know that there is a huge new spring range coming out in the next few weeks. I don't know about you but I will be very poor after I acquire all of the cuteness.
Here is just a few of my favourites from each new range.

In the Jungle
Talulah Toucan and The Humble hummingbird are incredibly adorable.

Dressed to impress
I'm feeling a strong cat theme here but Farrah the French kitty and Elissa the indie cat are very stylish looking felines.

Imaginary friends
Now who wouldn't want Dina Dragon or Martha mermaid taking them on a fantastic adventure every day?

Make sure you are keeping your eyes out for these and the rest of the amazing spring collection on websites and in stores really soon.

I don't think I can leave this post at just this, I just have to give you all a sampling of Erstwilder's other adorable wearable creatures. There's anything from bouncing bunnies to a pair of love smitten love birds named Liv and Len.

I sure hope you have fun falling in love with each of the cute Erstwilder delightful companions and that I have shown you a new friend to add to your growing collection or even start one. :)
Erstwilder really is the perfect addition for any novelty brooch lover or collector out there.

Things I love. #1

Each week we all see things in shops and online that we must have, I know I am no stranger to it. Lusting over the same dress until pay day is a very common thing for me. I have decided each week to bring to you a bunch of items/brands I am loving and hope one day I can afford. So here we go with number 1:

1. Revlon Matte Lipsticks
I have a heap of these, and yes they are all different shades of red. They will always be my go to lipstick after trying out something new. The matte finish is amazing and I find they stay on a lot longer than most.
2. Hell Bunny Sunflower dress
I never intended to buy this dress but as soon as I tried it on a I fell in love with everything about it. The fit is perfect, the collar is different yet a great place for a prize brooch and the pattern is just to cute to pass up.
3. Chiffon head scarves
I don't have many of these yet myself but I wish I did. They go with every outfit and look great with a beehive, a big fringe or even pin curled hair. I have found mine in the past in second hand shops but you can get them from Pin up girl Clothing and Your one stop Pin up shop currently has a great range!
4. Destiny for PS4
I don't play a lot of video games any more and since we got the PS4 a few weeks ago we heard about this game and thought we would try out the Destiny Beta that was up for a week. I instantly fell in love with the multi player part as it was similar to my favourite game on Xbox, Halo. I can not wait for the full game to be out next month.
5. Erstwilder
Give me anything by the lovely Erstwilder! The brooches are amazing and I need more of them! I have several along with some necklaces but there is just too many out there. There is no direct website to buy from but if you search in google there is a heap of online shops that stock different brooches.
6. Fluff
I have never found the brand Fluff stocked in Perth but there was a little shop I found in Bali last year that had a few bits and bobs. I bought myself a purse, coin purse, and a small and a large make up bag. All the designs are so cute and different and the quality is amazing. My purse has hardly any wear and tear and I use it everyday. Of course I returned this year and got myself a handbag and the same purse but different pattern for when the other does someday die.

Can you come up for a different name for this weekly segment?
