Christmas wishlist 2014 - Things I love #16

Christmas is only 12 days away, that is so crazy to think of! I have pretty much done nothing in terms of getting gifts or being just a tad bit Christmasy other than online. I do have a tree covered in flamingos though and I did a little holiday craft. You can see what I made over on the wonderful Marie darling's 25 days of Christmas series

This blog post is kind of my Thursday Things I love post but more along the lines of a Christmas wish list. Pretty much all 20 items have been things I have wanted for a very long time now. I sure do hope to start crossing them off soon! Some of these are really great items! Both the books seem to be full of inspiration and I do need to brush up on a few skills as I seem to find myself doing the same things over and over. Of course I had to throw some lime crime in the list due to hearing that they will no longer (or for now, I don't know) be supplying to Australia, the red velvet is my favorite colour and I have currently run out. Erstwilder accessories are a must for any time of year, they go everywhere with me and I am always looking to grow my collection. The little hot rod has been on my must have list ever since I heard about Erstwilder. All the other things in the list are just wonderful and I just need them all in my collection one day!

I do hope you are all having a very good holiday season!

The perfect Pinup Christmas dress from Lindy Bop

I'm feeling a little bit Christmasy today so I decided to bring you my favorite dresses to wear this festive season!
There are so many wonderful dresses out there to choose from that I am going to find it so hard not to completely bombard you with them all so I decided to stick with one brand that I just kept returning to. I was originally thinking of doing a Christmas themed style board but once I started looking at perfect dresses I just couldn't get it down to one. I think I shall make a style board next weeks Christmas post! I may even get you to pick your favorite for me to style.
All the dresses featured in this post I have found on the Lindy Bop website. I did have a good look around many websites I know that sell fabulous dresses but Lindy Bop just had so many fantastic choices at a great price that I just had too many to choose from. I have decided to show you only a few of my favorite Lindy Bop Christmas dresses, there was so many more I could have chosen though.

One of the great thing about all of these dresses is that because they are not actual Christmas dresses you can wear them over and over again throughout the year in many different ways. I know I would wear a bright red dress multiple times with many different accessories!

Currently you can get 15% off your entire Lindy Bop purchase by putting discount code XMAS15 in at the checkout. Valid until the 14th of December!

Don't forget to tell me in the comments which dress you would love to see a style board for :)

Wishlist - Emmy Design Strawberry summernight dress

So when I first starting blogging I spent a good amount of time going through Junebugs and Georgia Peaches blog (It is a fabulous blog if you haven't checked it out already) and I ended up stumbling on June wearing one fabulous dress.

It is just so perfect and I knew the moment I saw it I had to have it, one day anyway,
I found out that it was made by a Swedish brand called Emmy Designs, (if you have a chance check out the amazing range) who design each item to embrace and enhance the female body.

This dress comes in a range of colours but only 3 are available on the Emmy design website.

 Black // Pink // Navy

I secretly really want the red or yellow the most but sadly these are unavailable hopefully just for now. The navy is the only one left in my size and I am okay with that.

I have to say this is probably one of my favorite shaped dresses out there. The shape as a whole is amazing with the full skirt and the pulled in waist to create the ultimate curves but the collar really sets it off. It has such a unique shape and style that is just made perfection by the little asymmetrical embroidered strawberries. The material has a little stretch to it to create the perfect shape to the female body, oh and it has pockets! Added bonus! I think this dress would look perfect paired with a very full petticoat to give it the best shape and a cute pair of white heels or flats, depending on if it is day or night. This is the dress you want to be seen in,

Sadly though this is one that will have to stay on my wishlist as it is a little out of my price range even if some of them are on sale.
I'm just going to keep wishing that my boyfriend reads this and buys it for me.

Go look at the rest of Emmy Designs range right now! You won't regret it.

Where to buy Hell Bunny in Australia?

The title kind of tells you all about this post, Where to buy Hell Bunny in Australia. This is just going to be a short (or long) guide on where to order online and find in store. There is no official Hell Bunny website to buy from which makes looking for a certain style difficult. Plus you don't want to pay a huge amount on postage from the other side of the world.
While having a good look around for Australian stockists, I learnt that pretty much every website stocks different items, from old to new. I do hope that by putting this list together for you, you will be able to find a certain style you are looking for in your size. I know how hard it can be sometimes.
I won't go into detail about why I love each item below (Even though this is my personal wishlist), I will just share my favourites from each stockist and their links.

Wishlist - Voodoo Vixen Plus size range

As I do most days, I explore the internet for amazing clothes to share with you all and today led me to the ever so wonderful, Voodoo Vixen

How amazing are all of these!?

I saw someone post about Voodoo Vixen on Facebook a few days ago and I realized I have never checked out their official website. I had obviously seen some of these dresses before on a few stockists but in the smaller sizes, which I was gutted about. I had wanted to get my hands on the Tilly and Gretta dress for as long as I could remember but alas I have a huge butt.
While drooling over all the beauties in the dresses tab I noticed a few curvy girls rocking a few, and sadly there is not enough of this so it caught my attention as a curvy girl myself. Next thing I knew I had 5 tabs open with amazing dresses that are in sizes 2XL - 4XL! I wanted them all! I did a little research and of course, the plus size range is new to Voodoo Vixen and I could not be happier about this.

I wont go into detail about why I love/want/need each item because they all speak pretty loudly for themselves but I will just say I love each and every one of these dresses. Not just because they are plus sized but because they are all so unique and beautiful in many different ways. I can not wait to get my hands on one (Or more), pop a petticoat on underneath and twirl around in a garden full of flowers.

Oh and good news, there's cardigans too!

I can't leave this post without showing you how amazing the models look in them!

(The Pink Kitty dress is my favourite but I couldn't find it in plus size on the website yet)

All these images are from the Voodoo Vixen website, I do not own any of them.

Wishlist - Pinup Girl clothing

It's no secret, I love Pinup Girl clothing!
I have a number of items I have purchased in the past from PUG, but I wish I could buy so much more. Each item they create is amazing. Not only for the beautifully unique patterned (and plain) fabrics but because each item is made with such quality and love, it makes you keep coming back for more.

I always have a few items sitting in my PUG wishlist but very rarely end up buying them because they are a bit out of my price range. It doesn't help that I live in Australia and have to pay a big amount just for postage so I always buy more than one item to justify the cost.
A good sale always comes along and if I have the money I just can not wait to snap up a few bargains to add to my ever growing collections of beautiful PUG pieces.
:)
Here's what I am currently drooling over

1. I wont say much about the Birdie dress in Red because I have said it all here. I just love the blue so much I want all the colour ways. It really is a perfect dress.
2. I wouldn't normally buy a plain dress from PUG because I would rather pay for a uniquely patterned dress but I would make an exception for the Havana nights dress. The shape of the dress is perfect, with a cute V neckline and a full swing skirt making it a very flattering dress. There is a few different colours available and I can not help but look at each one and think about the endless colour and accessory combinations it can be paired with.
3. I am obsessed with the 4 Harlequin colour combinations PUG has to offer right now but I have to say the turquoise is my favourite. I still do not own a Jenny dress but I have tried one on and I love the amazing structure in the bodice that flows out to an amazingly full swing skirt giving of some amazing curves ;) The harlequin is an amazing pattern and with the amount of colours used the combinations of accessories are once again endless.
I need this dress in my life ASAP!

Some of you may have noticed that I already own 2 Jenny skirts, The cherry border print and the plain black. They are by far the best swing skirts I have ever purchased that I just want more and more.  They are made from an amazing material that keeps the skirt a little stiff which means great full shape even without a petticoat.
4. Just because I love the print I want a skirt in a different colour!
5. I think the orange border Jenny skirt has to my favourite right now and therefore 2nd on my wish list (but lucky last here). I love how the amazing orange and green colours pop against the simple white background making the options for the top endless. There's not much more I can say about this one, just by looking at it you can see how perfect it is.
:)

Do you have an endless PUG wishlist too?
